Gingerbread Protein Pancakes with 30g Protein:
Serving: 3-4 4 inch Pancakes
Nutrition:
Calories: 329
Protein: 30.9g
Carbohydrates: 33g
Fat: 8.2g
Ingredients:
✅ 1 Large Egg
✅ 25g Gingerbread Cookie Mix
✅ 30g Devotion Nutrition Sweet Potato Pie Protein (Code: "FitFoodies" Saves you money)
✅ 12g Kodiak Cakes Pancake Mix
✅ 65g Unsweetened Almond Milk
✅ 1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
✅ Sugar Free Syrup to Top
Directions:
Preheat non stick skillet on lower medium heat
Spray with non stick cooking spray
Mix all ingredients together
Let sit for 3-5 minutes
Pour about a 4 inch pancake into hot pan
Wait til bubbles start to form them flip and cook for another minute
Remove from pan and top with sugar free syrup
Enjoy!
Alterations:
You can amp up the protein by topping it with a sweetened fat free greek yogurt or pureed cottage cheese
Change up the Cookie Mix to a Snickerdoodle, Coffee cake, Pumpkin Spice or Spice Cake if you want!
